St. John Ambulance is Canada’s leading authority in first aid since 1883. Today we train over 550,000 Canadians annually in first aid and other health and safety related courses. As a charitable organization, proceeds from our training are directed back to local communities through our volunteer programs. St. John Ambulance has over 12,000 volunteers across Canada providing more than one million hours of community service annually. They serve their local communities through programs such as Medical First Response, Therapy Dog, Car Seat Clinics, Youth Programs, Disaster Response and more.
